Thomais Stavrianou is an experienced Quality Specialist at CQS S.A. since June 2011, focusing on quality assurance and learning. Prior to this role, Thomais served as Team Leader in the Customer Services Department at VODAFONE-PANAFON ΑΕΕΤ from June 1999 to April 2011, where responsibilities included managing personnel, overseeing customer service operations, and participating in critical projects such as the Vodafone Egypt Project. Earlier experience also includes roles as a Salesperson at SAGMA BOOKSTORE and as a Secretary at NEPAVO HELLAS. Thomais holds a Graduate Diploma in Organization and Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and has undergone extensive training, including participation in Vodafone's educational programs and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Seminar by FranklynCovey DMS Hellas.
