Gil Morales M.Div is an experienced professional with a significant background in training and ministry. Currently serving as a Regional Trainer at CPS HR Consulting since May 2016, Gil is recognized as a dynamic speaker and communicator. From 2001 to 2014, Gil held multiple roles within the Church of the Nazarene, including Training Manager, where skills as a coach and communicator were utilized to adapt training methods, and as Lead Pastor, where innovative methodologies were developed to enhance community engagement and expand church ministries. Previous experience as Associate Pastor at Arden Church of the Nazarene involved managing various departments with an entrepreneurial approach, while project management skills were honed at TelePacific Communications. Gil Morales holds a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University.
