Steve Kleppe is an accomplished hospitality and retail management professional with extensive experience in operating and managing various business sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager at Extended Stay America in Cleveland since December 2022, Steve successfully oversees a 127-room hotel while maintaining a competitive position in a dense market. Prior to this role, Steve was a Multi-Unit Manager at CPR Cell Phone Repair from September 2019 to November 2022, where management of daily operations for two locations included hiring, training, and staff development. Additionally, Steve held the position of General Manager at Sky Zone from April 2016 to March 2019 and served as Facility Manager at Standard Parking from December 2009 to April 2016. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, completed between 1985 and 1990.
