Dilesh C. has substantial experience in IT infrastructure and service management, currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at CPP Group since July 2007. In this role, Dilesh successfully created a new 24/7 IT Service Desk in India, achieving significant cost reductions and providing leadership to a global IT Service Desk team. Previously, Dilesh held roles including IT Service Desk Team Leader, managing teams in the UK and Spain, and Senior IT Analyst, supporting a large worldwide Call Centre user base. Prior to joining CPP Group, Dilesh worked as an IT Support Analyst at DLA Piper, providing critical support for various applications. Dilesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Media Technology from the University of Lincoln.
