Rob McFarland currently serves as the Chief Lending Officer at CPM Federal Credit Union, a position held since November 2021. Earlier in the career, McFarland served as SVP and Senior Commercial Lending Officer at Asheville Savings Bank and worked as a Commercial Banker at First Citizens Bank. The career began in the banking industry with positions at SunTrust Bank, holding titles such as Market Executive and Business Banker. McFarland earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina from 1988 to 1993.
