Tim Knapp, AIA, LEED AP, serves as the Senior Vice President at Clark Patterson Lee since January 2011, where notable projects include Hoke Community Hospital and various expansions at Alamance Regional Medical Center. Previously, Tim held the position of Principal at Healthcare Design Group, PLLC from April to December 2010, establishing the firm and growing its team. Tim also served as Principal at Peterson Associates from July 1996 to March 2010, focusing on client relationships within the healthcare sector, and was the Founder and Principal of Design Plus Architecture from January 1992 to April 1996. Tim holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture, both from Iowa State University.
