Jane Davies is currently the Head of People Development at CPL Group Charity. Prior to this, Jane worked as a HR Consultant for their own company and as a Human Resource Manager for Bright Tribe Trust and Adventure Learning Academy Trust. With over two decades of experience in HR management, Jane has also held positions at Equity Solutions & Partners Limited and Stirling Group. Jane began their career as a HR Advisor / Secretary / Training Assistant at John Lewis Partnership after completing their CIPD degree at The University of Salford.
