Daniela Baeza Rivas serves as the Branch Manager of CPIMGroup in Chile since August 2014, leading a multinational human resources company focused on sourcing top national and international talent. Prior to this role, Daniela held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Accenture from May 2010 to July 2014 and worked as a Recruiter Analyst at SOPROLE from June 2009 to December 2009. Daniela's career in human resources began with an Assistant role in People Management, showcasing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and organizational psychology.
