Lynda Krogh

E-learning Manager And Instructional Designer at CPI Corp.

Lynda Krogh has over 30 years of experience in various roles, primarily in the field of technical communication and training. Lynda started their career in the United States Air Force as a Training Manager and later became a Branch Manager. During this time, they focused on restructuring courses and improving productivity through the implementation of operating instructions.

After leaving the Air Force, Lynda held positions at Roosevelt Bank, the American Red Cross, and St. Louis Community College, where they continued to excel in instructional design, training, and volunteer management.

In 1998, Lynda joined Mercantile Bank as a Documentation and Training Specialist, where they coordinated and published technical documentation and demonstrated the benefits of online documentation formats.

From 1999 to 2001, Lynda worked at Monfort Lane Associates Inc., where they designed and wrote system manuals and translated C++ code into pseudo code.

In 2001, Lynda joined CPI Corp as a Technical Writer, where they created procedural writing guidelines, developed reference manuals, and wrote online help using Adobe RoboHelp. Lynda was later promoted to E-Learning Manager and Instructional Designer, leading a team in selecting, designing, developing, and delivering e-learning courses.

Lynda's most recent role was as a Technical Writer at DeniServ since 2013.

Throughout their career, Lynda has demonstrated their ability to analyze training needs, develop interactive e-learning courses, and deliver high-quality documentation.

Lynda Krogh has a Master of Education degree in Adult Education from The University of Southern Mississippi. Lynda also holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Arts, Humanities, and Education from Kent State University.
