Nikki Koehler has extensive experience in strategic solutions and operations management, currently serving as Director of Strategic Solutions at CPI Card Group since June 2015, where previous roles included Sr Manager and EMV Program Manager. Prior to this, Nikki held the position of Operations Manager at Black Box Network Services from March 2014 to May 2015 and served in various capacities, including Customer Service Manager, during a long tenure at the same company starting in July 1996.
