Kristin Jernigan has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the fields of strategic partnerships, client success, and operations management. Kristin has held positions such as Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Relationships and Vice President of Client Success at CPI Card Group. In these roles, they have been responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing partner accounts, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Kristin has also led diverse teams and collaborated with various departments to drive proactive and innovative solutions for clients. Additionally, Kristin has experience as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Senior Strategic Account Manager, Head of Client Services, and Operations Manager at CPI Card Group. Prior to their roles at CPI Card Group, they worked as a Court Liaison and Child Protective Services Investigator at the State of Tennessee, where they managed relationships with judges and investigated allegations of abuse and neglect. Kristin also served as the Management VP at the Cookeville Junior Chamber.
Kristin Jernigan completed their Bachelors degree in Sociology at Tennessee Technological University from 1998 to 2003. Later, they pursued an Executive Development Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management between 2016 and 2018.
