Robert Isoldi possesses extensive experience in manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations and Facility Maintenance at CPI Aerostructures since June 2012. In this role, Robert leads multiple departments including Assembly/Fabrication, Polish, Paint, and Continuous Improvement. Previously, Robert held positions as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Con Edison and worked as a Design Engineer at GKN Aerospace, focusing on tooling design for various manufacturing processes. Robert holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Farmingdale State College and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Stony Brook University. Additionally, Robert is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt by the American Society for Quality.
