Heather Hein has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Heather began their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Greenspring Media Group. In 2004, they became a Territory Manager at Cytyc Surgical, where they increased the territory's revenue by 32% in their first fiscal year. In 2006, they became a Territory Manager at SurgRx, launching a new surgical technology/product while introducing a startup medical device company to surgeons and key hospital decision makers in a new territory. That same year, they also became a Sales Manager at Greenspring Media Group, where they led the sales team to increased department revenue in their first fiscal year by 21%. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Sales at MNI Targeted Media, representing over 500 accounts and planning and executing industry appropriate services for multinational clients. In 2019, they took a Winter Sabbatical, creating for herself the opportunity and gift of time to explore and engage in new experiences. That same year, they also became the Vice President, Business Development at Epsilon, leading the sales team responsible for new business wins. In 2021, they became the Vice President Enterprise Sales at TapClicks. Currently, they are the Vice President Strategic Alliances at both PSignite and CPGvision, where they are a Preferred Partner in Salesforce App Exchange and an expert in Trade Promotion Management, Trade Optimization and Revenue Growth Management for Consumer Goods Companies and Manufacturers.
Heather Hein obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication from Iowa State University. In November 2020, they earned a Leadership Circle 360 Profile Certification from The Leadership Circle. In November 2018, they obtained a co-acti certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
