Jill Bateman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jill most recently worked as an Office Manager at CPG since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sales Consultant at Green Site, LLC from January 2017 to April 2022, where they researched bid opportunities, reviewed architectural plans, and managed customer relationships. From August 2012 to January 2017, Jill worked as a Paraeducator - Special Education at Howard County Public Schools, where they managed special education students and handled difficult situations with parents, teachers, and administrators. Jill also had a brief role as a Seasonal Associate at Mattel, Inc. in 2011, ensuring appropriate stock levels and acting as a liaison. Earlier in their career, Jill worked as a Development Consultant at Seton Keough High School for a few months in 2001, and as a Director of Gift Planning and Assistant Director of Gift Planning at Charlestown Retirement Community from 1994 to 2001. Jill'sresponsibilities in their role at Charlestown Retirement Community included leading fundraising activities, planning and coordinating campaigns and special events, and increasing resident donations. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Director of the Annual Fund at Towson State University from October 1993 to August 1994, managing phonathons and compiling reports. Jill's earliest role was as a Program Assistant in the Development Office at Anne Arundel Community College from February 1990 to October 1993, where they planned fundraising activities, coordinated alumni programs, and served as a staff liaison.
