John Williams has accumulated extensive experience in operations and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at AZEK Building Products since June 2021, John has also held the position of Director of Extrusion Engineering at AXION since August 2014. From September 2014 to August 2022, John was Vice President of Operations at Axion Structural Innovations. Previously, John worked as General Manager at GSH Industries from 2011 to June 2014, and as Plant Manager at TimberTech from 2009 to 2010. John's career began at Crane Plastics, where John served as Director of Operations for three decades from 1979 to 2009.
