David Foo is a Senior Manager at Changi Airport Group since August 2017. Before that, David was an SRA at CPG Consultants Pte Ltd since June 2012. David also worked as a Senior Architects at CPG Consultants Pts Ltd in 2012, and as a Senior Architect at CPG Consultants Pte Ltd from 2000 to 2005. David holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of New South Wales, where David graduated in 1995.
