Yuehui PAN, CFA has extensive experience in various finance-related roles in different companies, including CPFL Energia, CPFL Renováveis, and State Grid Brazil Holding S.A. With a strong background in investment, financing, valuation, M&A, and project financial management, Yuehui has served in key positions such as CFO, Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, and Chairman of Audit Committee. Educationally, Yuehui holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Changsha University of Science and Technology.
