Alecsandri Dias is an experienced professional in the energy and financial sectors, currently serving as the Energy Planning Manager and Market Risk Manager at CPFL Energia since June 2012, focusing on energy trading, generation, distribution, and renewables. Prior experience includes a position as an Associate in Risk Management and Structured Derivatives at Banco Itaú BBA International, where Alecsandri developed a valuation framework for complex financial products, and a role as Project Leader in Global Product Development at Motorola, leading a team to implement social networking services in Latin America.
