Kristiane Hallermann is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, event coordination, and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as the Interim Director People & Culture for CDP since September 2021, Kristiane acts as a strategic HR partner, focusing on aligning employee well-being with organizational success. Prior to this role, Kristiane owned Move to Berlin Relocation Services, providing comprehensive relocation support, including immigration assistance and cultural training. Previous positions include event coordination at Kantor Management Consultants, project management for major events at ibc informa plc., and legal advisory roles at Medien Tenor GmbH and Verlag Der Tagesspiegel GmbH. Kristiane holds law degrees from Universität Passau and the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice.
