Lucie Davidson is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Management Associate and previously as a Talent Management Coordinator at CPCS since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lucie worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at H2O, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, policy review, and employee support. Earlier career experiences include roles as Human Resources Assistant and IT Consultant at TPG Technology Consulting Ltd., as well as Technical Team Leader at Canada Revenue Agency. Lucie holds a B.A. with a concentration in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, a Diploma in Accounting and Management Technology from Cégep Heritage College, and is currently pursuing further education at Carleton University.
