Sterling Yoars, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Operations, Analytics & Project Management at CPC Logistics Inc since November 2015, after previously holding the position of Manager of Analytics & Safety Programs. Prior experience includes working as District Executive for Pathway to Adventure Boy Scouts from January 2014 to November 2015, where Sterling successfully increased the annual giving campaign by over 10% and supported a large community of over 2,600 members across 45 partner locations. As District Executive with Central Florida Council Boy Scouts in 2013, Sterling focused on empowering youth within the Scouting program. Sterling also owned and instructed for Sterling Yoars Kayak Instruction, teaching ACA courses from 2011 to 2013, and held a sales/marketing internship at NuView IRA. Retail sales experience was gained at Travel Country Outdoors from 2008 to 2013. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida, and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
