Giulia Vigarani, PhD, currently serves as a Composites Technician at CPC Group since February 2023. Vigarani holds a PhD in Industrial Chemistry from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, awarded in January 2023. Throughout the doctoral studies, Vigarani focused on the synthesis and characterization of luminescent coordination complexes and hybrid polymeric materials, with applications in material science, life sciences, and catalysis. Vigarani has also gained international experience as a Visiting PhD Student in Organic Synthesis at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where functionalization of ion-exchange resins was conducted, and previously as an intern in Functional Materials, focusing on the synthesis of Niobium Silica catalysts. Earlier roles include a training period in Organic Chemistry at Alma Mater Studiorum, working on magnetic nanoparticles for imaging applications. Vigarani's academic background is complemented by a Laurea magistrale and a Laurea, both focused on Chemical Industrial Sciences, earned from Alma Mater Studiorum.
