Wade Rogan has extensive experience in the heavy equipment and plant management sectors, currently serving as the Plant & Assets Manager for NSW/ACT and New Zealand at CPB Contractors since 2015, after holding a similar role for QLD/PNG and New Zealand. Prior to this, Wade worked as a Mobile Plant Superintendent at Thiess, overseeing projects such as Caval Ridge and Morton Bay Rail, and served as a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor on notable projects including RGP5 and Wheatstone. Wade's earlier positions include Senior Field Service Technician at Komatsu Australia, Field Service Technician & Resident at WesTrac Cat, Field Service Plant Mechanic at Gough & Gilmour, and Apprentice Plant Mechanic at ASSCO, following education at TAFE NSW.
