Nethaji K. started their work experience in 2005 as a Project Trainee/Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Nethaji then worked as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in mobile UI application development on the BREW framework. Nethaji later became a Module Lead, focusing on mobile UI application development on RIM OS.

In 2011, Nethaji joined Ericsson as an Operator Approval Manager, responsible for operator approval activities of Ericsson's mobile broadband module. Nethaji also worked as a Build Coordinator during the same period.

In 2012, Nethaji joined CPAC Systems AB as a Master Thesis Worker, where they developed competitor analysis models to steer strategy activities within the firm. Later in the same year, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Ericsson AB, where they were responsible for global customer engagement involving test and verification services delivery at MVTV Labs.

Also in 2012, Nethaji returned to CPAC Systems AB as a Project Manager, driving advanced engineering pre-study and concept study projects for the industrial segment within vehicle connectivity and telematics. Nethaji was also responsible for the business intelligence function, supporting strategic business development and growth initiatives.

Throughout their career, Nethaji has mentored internship candidates and graduate students and has been involved in various market analysis, competitor analysis, and strategic planning activities.

Nethaji K. completed their M.Sc degree in International Project Management from Chalmers University of Technology from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.E. degree in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering between 2001 and 2005. Nethaji completed their HSE degree in Computer Science from St. John's Group of schools from 1999 to 2001. Nethaji's educational journey began at Vivekananda Vidyalaya, where they completed their CBSE degree in a generic field of study from 1987 to 1999.
