Fredrik Holm has a range of work experience starting in 2008. Fredrik worked as an Assembly Line Worker for Volvo Car Group in 2008 and 2009, where they installed car components in the final assembly factory. From 2012 to present, they worked at CPAC Systems AB as a Software Developer, Marine Product Maintenance Manager, Test Engineer, and Test Engineer & Customer Support. In their combined role, they tested marine electronic vessel control platforms and provided support for key customers and partners in the North American market.

Fredrik Holm attended Göteborgsregionens Tekniska Gymnasium from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Industrial Technology and Natural Sciences. Fredrik then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. Afterward, Fredrik continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from 2010 to 2012.
