Anita Ladegaard-Pedersen, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as HR Manager at CP Kelco since September 2023, and previously held key roles at Oterra, Falck, and Maersk across various capacities in HR management, including Head of People & Culture and Global HR Business Partner. With extensive experience in driving talent acceleration, onboarding processes, and organizational development, Anita has been involved in strategic initiatives that enhance company culture and operational efficiency. Prior to specializing in HR, Anita supported senior executives in investment banking and finance, where responsibilities included office setup, event management, and regulatory coordination. Educational credentials include a CIPD HR Practitioner certification and a Certified European Secretary degree.
