Kwadi Bailey's work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as a Recruitment Advertising Sales at NJN Publishing until 2008. In 2008, they joined McGraw-Hill Construction as a Media Sales Specialist and later became an ENR Regional Account Manager from 2012 to 2014. From 2015 to 2016, Kwadi served as a Digital Marketing Consultant at NJ Advance Media. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Business Development Manager at Cozzini Bros.

Kwadi Bailey obtained a High School Diploma in Business Administration from Elizabeth High School from 1991 to 1995. Then, from 1995 to 2000, they attended William Paterson University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education. In addition to their formal education, Kwadi Bailey obtained a certification as a Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. in February 2015.
