Andrew Johns has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Andrew is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Cozzini Bros. starting from April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sodexo as a General Manager from January 2022 to April 2023, and as an Executive Chef from August 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Sodexo, Andrew was the Owner/Executive Chef at Sage Steak and Seafood from July 2015 to February 2019. Andrew also worked at Sodexo as a Food Service Director from January 2013 to July 2015, managing the day-to-day operations and creating menus for over 1,200 students. Earlier in their career, Andrew served as an Executive Chef at ARAMARK from March 2011 to December 2012.

From 2007 to 2009, Andrew Johns pursued their education at The Culinary Institute of America. During this period, they completed an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
