Jose Araya Zúñiga has a robust background in project management and engineering, currently serving as Director de Proyecto and Senior Engineering Project Manager at Coyol Free Zone since April 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Director de Proyectos at Zona Franca del Este, where project administration in construction was a key responsibility from May 2014 to April 2020. Jose also managed the engineering and maintenance department for real estate projects at Grupo Montecristo between May 2014 and April 2018, overseeing project feasibility and execution. Earlier roles involved project management for industrial developments at Garnier&Garnier Desarrollos Inmobiliarios and budget estimation for residential projects at KIREBE S.A. Jose holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
