Luigi Gigli is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Coxreels since November 2020, Luigi previously held key roles at ACO Group, where contributions as the Director of Production and later as Director of Operations led to notable productivity enhancements, lean manufacturing implementation, and significant revenue growth. Prior experience includes managing industrial operations at Saint-Gobain SEFPRO, where improvements in safety and production capability were achieved, and consulting for AstraZeneca, focusing on regulatory compliance and efficiency in production processes. Luigi holds both a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
