Melissa Isenberg is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in healthcare and human resources. Since April 2012, Melissa has served as a Senior Recruiter at CoxHealth, where responsibilities include recruiting nurses for a 700-bed hospital, conducting prescreening, coordinating job offers, organizing recruiting events for nursing graduates, and collaborating with hiring leaders. Previously, from November 2010 to April 2012, Melissa worked as a Driver Examiner for the Missouri State Highway Patrol, administering driving tests and maintaining knowledge of related laws. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target, focusing on staffing and training, and as the Head Hostess at Cheddar's Casual Cafe, managing operations and training staff. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Management from Missouri State University, earned in 2008.
