David Joyner is an experienced leader in customer success and experience management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success for multiple companies, including Cox 2M and GearTrack, since November 2022. Prior to these roles, David held leadership positions at VMware, where contributions included the development of customer experience initiatives that significantly enhanced revenue growth and customer retention. With a strong background in customer advocacy, including a proven track record of improving Net Promoter Scores and building customer feedback programs, David has also served as a Senior Director at Lucid, contributing notably to the company's acquisition by Cint. David's earlier career includes various roles in customer support and sales analysis at AirWatch by VMware and Colliers International. David holds a Master's degree in Internet Technology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Auburn University.
