Kimberly Swan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in news operations and engineering within the media industry. Currently serving as the Sr. News Operations Manager at Cox Media Group since October 2021, Kimberly previously held the position of TV Engineering Manager at Cox Media Group Ohio from June 2019 to October 2021 and was the Assistant Manager of Engineering at WHIO-TV from April 2015 to June 2019. Starting in January 1999, Kimberly worked at WHIO-TV as a Technical Director and Ignite Director, overseeing daily newscasts and maintaining broadcast quality. Earlier roles include Operating Engineer at WDTN-TV and Audio Engineer/Instructor at The Recording Workshop, where an emphasis was placed on educating students in audio production and engineering. Kimberly holds a degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
