Holly Glassman is a seasoned recruitment professional with over two decades of experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Cox Enterprises since February 2016, Holly plays a key role in the Cox Talent Acquisition team, focusing on recruiting strategies for Cox Automotive. Prior to this, Holly was the Recruiting Lead at Dealer.com and a Recruiter at The University of Vermont Medical Center, where responsibilities included high-volume recruitment across diverse healthcare roles. Holly’s early career included positions as a Recruiter at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Adecco Group. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
