Heather Jackson is an innovative and experienced design professional with over 17 years of expertise in translating creative ideas into strategic storytelling. Currently serving as Creative Director and formerly as Art Director at Cox Enterprises since May 2018, Heather has also held positions including Sr. Art Director and Art Director at Cox Automotive Inc. from October 2014 to May 2018, where numerous award-winning national campaigns were developed. Previous roles include Design Manager at Manheim, Freelance Designer, and Senior Designer at Lastar, along with foundational experience as a Graphic Designer at Cox Media Group - Ohio. Heather holds two Associates Degrees of Applied Business in Advertising from The Modern College of Design, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in advertising, marketing, and design.
