James Russo currently serves as the Business Development Coordinator at Cox Engineering since December 2022. As the Owner of E11EVEN Skills, initiated in April 2019, James focuses on teaching youth hockey players essential life skills, demonstrating expertise as a premier skill instructor in South Eastern Massachusetts. Prior roles include Business Development at Harold Brothers Mechanical Contractors, Inc., and Head Coach at Lovell Hockey, where James was also the Head On-ice Instructor for the Boston Advantage U-16 team. Additional experience includes sales positions at Ferguson Enterprises and Guaranteed Rate, along with serving as a Loan Officer at Poli Mortgage Group. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Northeastern University.
