Rod McGinn has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as the Executive Director of Engineering at Cox Communications since July 2005. Throughout the tenure at Cox Communications, Rod has also held the positions of Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering, contributing to the company's technological advancement and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Rod was the Director of Engineering at Urban Media from 1999 to 2001, further establishing a strong foundation in the engineering field.
