Chris Talent has extensive experience in system architecture, currently serving as a System Architect at Cowlitz County PUD since 2008, and previously worked as an Enterprise Architect at Longview Fibre from 1997 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) credential obtained from Carnegie Mellon University (2006-2007), a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy with a minor in Computer Science from Western Washington University (1994-1997), and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Lower Columbia College (1991-1994), complemented by a high school diploma from R A Long High School (1987-1991).
