Patrick Noble, PE, SE is a Senior Bridge Engineer at COWI since June 2022, bringing extensive expertise in the design of complex bridge structures. Prior experience includes serving as a Bridge Designer at FINLEY Engineering Group, Inc. where involvement in design-build projects and construction engineering assistance was prominent. Earlier roles comprise work as a Structural Engineer at Keystone Engineering Inc, focusing on offshore steel structures, and as a Structural EIT at Audubon Engineering, where design efforts centered on steel structures and concrete foundations for the oil and gas industry. Academic credentials include a BS and MS in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Patrick conducted research on Discrete Element Model analysis and served as a Field Engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation overseeing construction quality assurance.
