Henrik Winther serves as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director at COWI A/S, overseeing over 3,500 consultants across Building & Industry, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy sectors. With a career at COWI spanning two decades, Henrik has held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President for Norway's Water, Environment, and Industry business unit, and member of the Board of Directors for Water & Environment. Additionally, Henrik is the Chair of the Board for Mannvit, a member of DI's main Board, and actively involved with COWI India and COWI Poland. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree from DTU and multiple executive programs from prestigious institutions.
