Amber Shamblott

Product Owner- Operational Technology at Covr Financial Technologies

Amber Shamblott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amber started their career as a Promotions Intern at Townsquare Media in 2010, where they created promotional materials, participated in on-site events, and performed administrative duties. In 2011, they served as a Student to Business Initiative Team Leader at UMD Center for Economic Development, leading a team to develop a marketing plan for a local business.

From 2012 to 2019, Amber worked at National Benefits Group LLC as a Marketing Coordinator/Client Administrator. In this role, they managed sales and marketing activities, built positive relationships with clients, and continuously improved business processes.

In 2019, Amber joined Covr Financial Technologies as a Senior Case Manager, where they monitored daily workflows and customer service efforts of a team of 12. Amber later became the Team Lead, Case Management, collaborating with the manager to establish priorities and implement process improvements. In 2021, they were promoted to Manager, Client Services, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and meeting departmental goals. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Customer Success Operations at Covr Financial Technologies, where they act as a trusted advisor to clients and oversees the onboarding process while advocating for the interests of both the client and the company.

Amber Shamblott attended two universities from 2007 to 2011: the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Duluth. At the University of Minnesota, they studied Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, earning a Bachelor's degree. Simultaneously, at the University of Minnesota Duluth, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing.
