Matthew Donahue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business process analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst at Covia since July 2017, Matthew leads the Operations module in IFS while modifying costing structures for accuracy in finished goods. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Plant Superintendent at Unimin Corporation, where responsibilities included ensuring safety, overseeing production targets, and improving equipment reliability. Matthew's earlier roles at Luminant encompassed Operations Supervisor and Associate Engineer, contributing to coal movement planning and operational efficiency. Matthew began a career path in mining with internships at ASARCO and Peabody Energy, and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Arizona.
