Carl Johnson is an experienced Plant Manager currently working at Covia since March 2023, previously holding the title of Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Maintenance Manager at International Paper from June 2021 to March 2023 and at ClarkDietrich Building Systems from October 2010 to March 2023. Carl also served as Maintenance Manager at Arnold Magnetic Technologies between October 2020 and June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, expected by May 2024, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution completed in October 2022, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Manufacturing Technology/Tool & Die Design from Kishwaukee College.
