Omar Ortega, LCB, currently serves as the Manager of Global Trade Compliance at Covetrus, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Rogue Fitness, where Omar focused on International Logistics & Trade Compliance, and at Fanatics, Inc., where responsibilities included managing Global Supply Chain & Trade Compliance. While at Stella & Dot Family of Brands, Omar successfully established a comprehensive trade compliance program that achieved significant savings in duties and taxes. Previous positions also include roles at Cardinal Health and XPO Logistics, with a foundational career beginning at AirNet II LLC. Omar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation & Logistics and Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
