Gail Davidson is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Europe and Latin America at Covetrus since June 2018. In this role, Gail leads global initiatives in talent assessment, development, succession planning, organizational health, and diversity and inclusion, collaborating with senior leaders to foster innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. Prior to Covetrus, Gail worked at Johnson Matthey as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager, and held various HR roles at companies such as Henry Schein, SAS, RBS, Scottish Power, and British Energy. Gail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Stirling.
