Tracey Flanders has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Manager of Logistics Operations at Covestro since December 2010, overseeing warehousing and bulk terminal operations, quality management, and product planning. Prior roles at Covestro included Senior Logistics Representative, where operational procedures for third-party operations were developed, and various positions focusing on inventory management and planning. Tracey previously worked at Choice Logistics from November 2005 to December 2010, managing international inventory control and leading a team of 17 as Inventory Control Supervisor. Early career experience includes a management trainee position at United Parcel Service. Tracey holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Operations from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University.
