Tim Koelsch is a seasoned professional in investment management and project execution, currently serving as Senior Manager for Investment Management at Covestro since April 2019. Responsibilities include ensuring global project execution, assessing investment project robustness, and preparing Gate releases. Previously, as Head of Project Controlling & Engineering Services at Covestro, Tim led regional organizations to enhance project success through KPIs and provided comprehensive project support. Tim's prior experience at Procter & Gamble spanned various leadership roles, including Technical Readiness Leader for wet wipes, where market introduction and technical integration were key focuses. Tim also held positions at GETRAG FORD Transmissions, where transmission manufacturing concepts were developed, and completed an engineering internship at the University of California, Davis, working on early plug-in hybrid vehicles.
