Maria Almato Guiteras has extensive experience in the coatings, adhesives, and sealants industry, serving in various roles at Covestro since January 2003, including Customer and Market Development for Iberia, Sales Support, and Manager of Application Development for General Industrial Coatings. Prior to Covestro, Maria held a marketing position in coatings at Bayer MaterialScience from 1999 to 2001. Maria's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and additional qualifications, including a management skills program from Esade and a Diplomarbeit in Verfahrenstechnik from the University of Stuttgart, along with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
