Geert Smeulders is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as an Operational Expert at Covestro since December 2017. Prior to this role, Geert held several positions at Air Liquide from December 2013 to November 2017, including Process Engineer, Analyst Engineer, and Real Time Engineer, where responsibilities included performance monitoring, optimization of gas production, and providing technical support for projects. Geert's academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Chemistry, both obtained from the University of Antwerp, with additional education at Lyceum Deurne.
