Elena Webster is an accomplished Sustainability Manager with extensive experience in the field of sustainability across various industries. Currently at Nouryon since April 2022, Elena focuses on sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Elena worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Sustain.Life, developing carbon impact calculators and simulators for organizations to address GHG emissions. At ExxonMobil, responsibilities included integrating sustainability into chemical processes and leading campus-wide recycling programs. Elena's career also includes a significant tenure at Dow, where work spanned product development sustainability improvements, recycling initiatives, and training for green certifications. Elena holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science from Penn State University in Architectural Engineering, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
